Lynn Street Manor features 60 comfortable apartments on 17 beautifully landscaped acres. Rents are subsidized by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Residents must be age 62 or older and meet HUD’s income guidelines. According to HUD regulations, each resident pays 30 percent of adjusted monthly income as rent, which includes utilities.

Lynn Street Manor welcomes everyone who meets the HUD age and income requirements, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, national origin or sexual orientation.

At Lynn Street Manor Apartments, there are plenty of opportunities to get together with friends and neighbors. Residents play card games, have cookouts, enjoy movies and the coffeepot is always on. The staff adds presentations, speakers and other activities to the social mix.
