Luther Manor in Saginaw was named one of the best nursing homes Michigan – indeed in the United States – by U.S. News and World Report. The magazine listed all nursing homes that received a five-star rating,
the highest overall rating, from the federal government's Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A facility's overall rating is geared to its performance in health inspections, nurse staffing, and medical care. Luther Manor was among 63 nursing homes in Michigan to receive the five-star rating.
