Thankful resident praises MapleCreek rehabilitation staff

Two years ago, Marty Murphy fell and broke every bone in her foot. After surgery and and six weeks of initial rehab, she moved to The Lodge at MapleCreek to continue her recovery with expert help from MapleCreek’s determined therapists. She'd had therapy at MapleCreek before and knew the staff would get her back on her feet.

“If not for them, I would not be walking today; I absolutely would not,” Marty said. “I’m so grateful.”

She also credited her aide, Bruce. “He got me to get up and do things when I didn’t want to do them,” she said.

Recently with the help of a friend, Marty Murphy wrote down the story of her rehabilitation journey and expressed her thankfulness to the MapleCreek rehabilitation staff led by Reanna Dawson, rehab services manager (in photo, right).  You can read Marty's piece here.
