Valentine's Party Feb. 11 a big hit at The Terraces at MapleCreek

The Valentine's Party at The Terraces at MapleCreek on Friday evening, Feb. 11, 2011, featured delicious food, wonderful music, and more than 100 residents and guests. Chef Rob (Robert Potzinger, shown with the desserts) and the food services crew put together and served a veritable feast that included a choice of two entrees, beef Wellington with potato cake and grilled asparagus or grilled salmon with potatoes and sautéed brocolini, and for dessert fresh strawberry and Grand Marnier parfait with white chocolate mousse.

The entertainment was provided the Lansing-based music duo made up of DeShaun Sneed (jazz vocals/MSU jazz student) and Larry Neuhardt (guitar). They call themselves "Mighty Medicine," because their music makes everyone feel good. It was a wonderfully fun and enjoyable evening for all.
