Advanced Memory Care
THE HARBOR is a secure unit for 25 residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia and memory-loss conditions. Staff have been trained in dementia care. Small group activities allow the staff the ability to provide more one-to-one attention to residents.

Our

Sacred Leaf Program offers end-of-life care and support to residents, their families, and caregivers. We also offer hospice services.

Our program is based on Jolene Brackley’s book,

Creating Moments of Joy . Memory may fade, but feelings are never lost. Our goal to help residents remember good feelings that put a smile on their face and a twinkle in their eyes no matter how advanced their dementia may be.
