Sequoia Place offers 55 affordable one-bedroom apartments for senior adults in beautiful Ann Arbor, Mich. A staff service coordinator is available to help residents find and use community resources. Rent includes heat, water and electricity. Sequoia Place is a PRAC 202 facility, designed for seniors over age 62. Qualifying applicants with very-low incomes pay 30% of their adjusted gross income as rent.
